BTCCSquare news:

Tezos Foundation has partnered with Google Cloud to bolster its Etherlink ecosystem, offering developers up to $200,000 in cloud credits alongside technical support and funding opportunities. Eligible projects must have prior funding to access the "Scale Tier" of Google's Web3 Startup Program.

Etherlink, Tezos' EVM-compatible Layer-2 solution, mirrors Polygon's role in Ethereum's ecosystem. It leverages Tezos Smart Rollups to deliver near-instant transaction finality and low fees while maintaining full compatibility with Ethereum's developer toolkit. The integration allows seamless migration of existing ethereum dApps.

The collaboration marks a strategic push to attract Ethereum-native developers to Tezos' energy-efficient infrastructure. Unlike conventional L2s that batch transactions, Etherlink streams data directly to the Tezos mainchain, inheriting its security and governance framework.
